your contact data, such as name, telephone number and e-mail address,
information about the bank account you used to transfer a donation to our bank account,
information about your address and means of transport, if you offer to provide housing or other services for refugees,
for refugees: passport numbers, date of birth, nationality, etc. in order to help you register with the appropriate authorities or to provide you with adequate accommodation and other services.

If you are a translator/interpreter, your data can be made available to organisations and individuals who need translation/interpreting support in connection with the war in Ukraine and assistance provided to refugees. The data may be made available to a third country or an international organisation.
If you are a refugee, your data can be made available to organisations and individuals who will offer you support in connection with the warw in Ukraine and assistance provided to refugees. The data may be made available to a third country or an international organisation.
The data will be stored for the duration of the war armed crisis and the period of assistance immediately following this crisis.
You have the right to consult and rectify the data, object to the processing of your data, and erase the data. Requests for information in regard to this matter can be sent by e-mail to: info@lapigua.org.
If your data are processed with your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing that was conducted based on the consent before its withdrawal. Any complaints regarding data processing can be lodged with the Polish GDPR authority, UODO or your local data protection authority.
